Big Blue Boxes

I rented a 20' Big Blue Box container to temporarily store furniture and appliances as we refinished our hardwood floors. The container was clean, easy to lock, and fit in our driveway. It was extremely convenient having the time to load/unload at our own convenience, right outside our front door. On top of all of the physical benefits, our contact, Liz, communicated great and was easy to work with. I will definitely be using Big Blue Box if we ever move in the future!

We had such a positive experience with this company. We initially sold our home in Oct. we rented a Big Blue Box to store our garage items, a day or two after having Big Blue delivered the deal fell through. I called the company and they were so nice, they worked out a credit for us and picked up Big Blue. When we sold the house again in February I called the Big Blue Box office and reordered a delivery. After we were settled in and had emptied Big Blue we called again and they picked it up. Everyone we dealt with at this company were professional and went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this company..

I have used Big Blue Box two times now and would not move any other way. The storage is right in my driveway I can pack it up as I need to with no driving to a storage unit. The storage units are spotless and huge. As soon as I closed on my house they delivered my Big Blue Box. We unloaded it and they came and picked it up the same day. I had to change the pick up day a few times because of closing issues and Liz was more than happy to assist with the changes and she was always in a great mood and friendly. I have recommended Big Blue Box to everyone and will continue to tell them about my great experience. I wouldn't move any other way. Lisa

Overall a very positive experience. Container showed up on time as well as the return. No damage to goods inside the container. Customer Service provided me with a local mover who had reasonable rates to load the container. Would definitely use Blue Box again.

Using a Big Blue Box to move was a great choice. They were easy to work with, even when I had last minute changes. If you don't have a driveway and need to put your box on the city street (like I did), Big Blue Box will pull the permit on your behalf. It poured rain on the box after I'd packed it but everything inside was dry.
