“Joe D. performed an emergency repair on our heating boiler a couple years back, and at the time suggested several other items that our boiler might benefit from - a "punch-out" cleaning of the burners, an auto-fill valve, and replacing the enormous expansion-tank with a smaller bladder. We just had him back to perform that work today and he was just great to work with! He did as much as he could to honor the prices he had quoted us two years ago, even though parts costs had increased. He discussed the work-plan with me before starting, confirming what I wanted done, and suggesting a few other small "clean up" items (including getting rid of the last bit of galvanized pipe in the system!) that he tended to while conducting the other updates. He finished the work professionally, within the estimated hours needed, and it looks and works great. Totally great experience. Thanks!”
