Very good customer service, Gives you updates on how far they on your repair. Installed my 5inch lift kit would recommend for anyone need repair or lifts that are needed.
We went in for a whole engine swap.
I appreciate how Shinbay is very straight to the point with prices, keeps us informed on details along the fixing process, and was considerate of our budget. Even when he discovered new things that needs replacing on our van, he asked permission first before doing the work.
Don't have time to deal with mechanics who beats around the bush on prices and secretly adds more work to profit.
So thankful to have Bay Metric recommended!
