Overall, I had a very great experience with Hermes Floral Shop! I originally placed an order through an online website (which I will not name) for same day shipping, but the order was pending for over 3 hours with no status update. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be deliver to the person I wanted during his company's business hour. With desperation, I reached out to Hermes Floral and spoke with Sandy over the phone. She was so accommodating and willing to help me out on my last minute order request. I told Sandy that I wanted something blush with lilies and with my trust I let her do her own designer's choice. She sent me a photo of the arrangement after it was done and it was beautiful!! It was also delivered on time. She saved the day for me! Thank you so much.

Worked with Hermes on my wedding - we had decided to get married only a few months before the event and forgot about the flowers completely until about 1 month before. Hermes was very understanding, supportive, and worked with our schedule. They were very up front about pricing, worked with our budget, and had amazing suggestions about what to choose to complement our color scheme and main flower preferences. The bouquet turned out wonderfully as did the other flowers in the wedding party. Great experience! Thank you Hermes!!!

We worked with Hermes for our wedding last month and were so happy with our experience. They were very helpful in the planning process and their pricing was affordable. Sandy helped me design bouquets and centerpieces based on just a few colors I thought I wanted. The end results were beautiful, and we got so many compliments on the floral arrangements!
