During a very traumatic time, everyone made this much easier. From the time I contacted them until the end of the day of the Memorial Service for my husband, I was treated with kindness and true compassion from every member of the staff.

A very caring & comforting environment that helped me make the hardest decisions ever on the absolute worst day of my life. Without the calming presence of Jackie, I can't even imagine getting through the situation.

Professional, compassionate, and polite. Came highly recommended, and was the right choice during a difficult and overwhelming time. They treated my family and I with great care, like we were the most important people in the world. No high pressure sales tactics or crude upselling here, just the right services when you need them, provided by an expert team.

When my Grandmother passed in 2014, she had everything prepared and paid for. We literally had to make a phone call and Kaul took care of everything else. From start to finish, this company (and major kudos to the Director in Roseville), sat with us and showed empathy, compassion and respect for our situation. I knew I wanted the same for myself! I call and a representative, Robert Mask, came to my home and we reviewed in detail what my wishes would be in the event of my passing. You can train a person to be knowledgeable of the services and fees, but you can’t teach the patience and understanding they have with you. I’m grateful of everyone I’ve encountered and know my family will be in great hands.

Phenomenal piano teacher- expects a lot and always kind!

I have studied piano and music theory with Mr. Fitzpatrick for 4 years and my progression has been remarkable ! I know many , if not most , students stay with him during their entire school years. He is very active in the Minnesota Music Teachers Association and students have so many opportunities to participate in their testing and contests. Highly recommended !

Our 2 children (ages 8 and 12) have taken lessons with Jacob since June 2016. Both have progressed significantly in music theory and performance aspects. Jacob is a serious musician and great instructor. We would highly recommend him.
