Refined Contracting provided every detail of installing our new roof. You know how difficult it can be dealing with the insurance company? Refined Contracting handled EVERY communication required to negotiate payment in full on the roof and worked with our adjuster so all expenses for our new roof were paid by insurance. I did not need to deal with my adjuster at all! The workmanship and materials used on our roof were top of the line Deluxe Timberline shingles and it looks great. Building my new roof included all new gutters which was fantastic! They installed beautiful and larger gutters to protect my house from water coming from the high pitch of our roof. I also ordered extra services from Refined Contracting to provide and install gutter shields so I would never need the new gutters cleaned again. I got a great product and great installation at a GREAT price! The owner, Mark, was so wonderful to work with during the entire project and was always available to speak with me about questions and to update me. His crew of workers were on time, professional and experienced. They worked super hard and were happy workers, sometimes even singing while working. They also worked as a solid team to get my roof ready before winter.
