Moving in process was super easy, thanks to the leasing office staff. Ryan and Justin were great in providing excellent service by providing the facilities tour and answering all questions I had. The apartments are nice and clean, and the car garages are safe to park your vehicle(s).
Great place to live.
Office Staff and Maintenance crew are friendly and professional.
Clean property, recent upgrades to the amenities (Gym, pool) and landscaping is beautiful and always maintained.
Quiet and neighbors are pleasant.
Definitely recommend Montecito Apartments.
I love living here I really like the attention the staff takes to take care of your issues, needs and concerns. Since we got new staff in the leasing office I have seen so many improvements going on in the community. (Chris , Joshua) the maintenance staff comes in a timely manner and make sure they leave with the job done. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant.
I absolutely love this Community! The Staff, the Maintenance Workers, the cleanliness of the community and my neighbors rock!
I feel safe and secure here! Everyone speaks when you see them and if you need something fixed, they jump right on it! You are treated with respect and like you matter! I could not ask for anything more!
Shout out to Chris F, Chris A and Michael! You guys rock!
From the first initial phone call to the signing of the leases, this community DELIVERED! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with the same sense of urgency as if I was sitting right in front of them. They made this group move such a breeze. Thank you Chelse & Sandee for being so patient and delightful! You both are a true asset to Lewis!
Good place to see. Public coming together
