My husband and I worked with Tamara to purchase our first house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone! From the start, she gave us excellent guidance. Being that we're first-timers, we didn't know much about the process but Tamara explained everything to us and made it not seem so hard. She gave us great counsel, telling us when she thought a house would work and when it wouldn't. She's very responsive, too. We started our house search just before Christmas and I couldn't resist texting her over the holidays about a house we liked -- I didn't expect her to get back to me but she not only responded but actually reached out to another agent and got info on the house for us, which was the house we ended up buying. She's also just really personable and a pleasure to spend time with while you look! Can't do better especially for a first-time home-buying experience. I plan to recommend her to anyone I meet who's thinking of buying or selling.
