I am a first time mommy and my experience with this supplier was painless. They took my information over the phone, got a copy of my prescription from physician, and delivered to my front door. “When my friend’s cat needed to be hospitalized, they allowed us to work it out for me to bring sweet Gus. They were so flexible and worked with us through everything, updates were constant and got us in and out fairly quickly considering the issues Gus was presenting and the issue that had recently developed with his eyes. They even got us in with an eye specialist the same day through the same company and we had an AMAZING experience there as well and got a new medication that cleared up his eyes. All the other vets we’ve visited in the past week have been perplexed at what caused Gus to get Uveitis and possibly Glaucoma so young and how fast it was progressing in him (second and third photo was two days after symptoms started and with a medication that he’d gotten from a different emergency vet) but the vets had a clear theory and so far it’s been incredible the difference it’s made. Overall, all the staff were incredible and if I ever need to go an ER again, I know I will be going here.”
