“When my friend’s cat needed to be hospitalized, they allowed us to work it out for me to bring sweet Gus. They were so flexible and worked with us through everything, updates were constant and got us in and out fairly quickly considering the issues Gus was presenting and the issue that had recently developed with his eyes. They even got us in with an eye specialist the same day through the same company and we had an AMAZING experience there as well and got a new medication that cleared up his eyes. All the other vets we’ve visited in the past week have been perplexed at what caused Gus to get Uveitis and possibly Glaucoma so young and how fast it was progressing in him (second and third photo was two days after symptoms started and with a medication that he’d gotten from a different emergency vet) but the vets had a clear theory and so far it’s been incredible the difference it’s made. Overall, all the staff were incredible and if I ever need to go an ER again, I know I will be going here.”

We called and explained our desire and he said he would take care of it and call us when completed. “After a really bad experience elsewhere, I finally reached out to this group. Went with my dog yesterday, and had an amazing experience! He and I were both very relaxed and I could tell he trusted the doctor completely. Left there with a plan of action that I can do myself with follow up appointments, to correct a year long injury. They were recommended by my regular vet, and now I understand why. While I've been overcharged by other places, this place was worth every penny.”

“I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Natchez Trace Veterinary Services. They have been so helpful and kind. My dog needed a huge surgery done, so I took him to Natchez Trace for a 2nd opinion. They looked at my dog for that 2nd opinion and weren't pushy at all. The Dr. even said since he isn't board certified on that type of surgery (but he does it all the time) he could refer me to someone else if I wasn't comfortable with him performing it. They saved me over $1000 by taking him to see them instead of the 1st Dr. I went to who was pretty insistent that I absolutely had to have their board certified surgeon. The staff is very friendly and has answered my numerous e-mails and calls thoroughly and without acting like I am a bother (believe me, I have a lot of questions and can usually only communicate through e-mail since I work during the day and can't make personal calls at work..so there's been A LOT of e-mail communication.) They're located about an hour away from where we live and they were even kind enough to mail me a prescription instead of me having to drive all the way to them just to pick it up. 5 stars is not enough for them- they deserve 10 stars out of 5. I would very easily and highly recommend them to anyone who asks. All 3 of my pups have been to them now. I just wish they were a little closer, but I'm very grateful and thankful to have found them for my Loki's surgery. Thank you Natchez Trace Veterinary Services!”

“My bf adopted Noodle from the AHS in January 2020. 2 weeks later he couldn’t pee. The UofM saved Noodle’s life. Amazing ER, ICU and Primary Care staff and facilities. Prices are fair - the ER was actually cheaper than my primary my vet over in Mound,MN by Lake Minnetonka (Xrays, bloodwork, exams, etc). Great follow up from the staff via phone when questions came up and the staff called to give regular updates while he was hospitalized. I’ll be transferring my 2 pets’ care to here. It’s cheaper but more important, the quality exceeds my current vet.”

“My cat got into a bottle of Zyrtec around 3 in the morning. I looked up the closest animal hospital to me and ended up at Como Park Animal Hospital. I told the vet tech what happened and she had me fill out some paperwork. She then let me know that I should call pet poison control, as if they called I would have to pay an additional fee. She said she wasn't going to charge me for an appointment unless poison control said he needed medical attention of some kind. She even let me use an exam room while I was on the phone. Luckily, poison control said he had ingested a small enough dose that I just needed to monitor him and take him back in if he started acting abnormally. The call to poison control cost $59 versus the hundreds of dollars I thought I would have to spend! The vet tech was so kind and accommodating that I will definitely be going here in the future!”
