Mike helped me get my first ball in 15 years, drilled the same day and watched me bowl a few frames with it to help me get it to react the way I wanted. It really felt like I got a free lesson with the purchase of my ball, and he never tried to sell me anything i didnt need. In fact, he pointed me to a great ball they happened to have on sale instead of the most expensive ball they had. I ended up with new shoes and a bag too.
