(March 29, 2020, 1:56 pm)Tanya Kelly went above and beyond! My father passed away and I needEd an Estate checking account opened ASAP so I could pay funeral bills even though the lobby was closed. I talked to 2 other people on your customer service line and never heard back from them! I realize the trying times with staffing but still haven’t heard from those first 2 people. I salute Tanya and hope you recognize her too!
(November 23, 2019, 8:07 am)Great place to go rather than going to big corporate banks. Staff is friendly and personal and many times offer better rates on loans. Location is pretty convenient being right off the freeway and next to Trader Joe's, Target, and a handful of food places.
