Everyone was very helpful in getting surgery set up, correspondence and instructions were clear, the team was very responsive to questions and concerns, and I appreciated the follow up phone calls. The hand written personal card from everyone involved in my surgery was such a lovely gesture. All staff from the surgical side to the Care Suites were incredible.”

“Had a great experience and outcome with Anne advocating for me. I came in kind of frustrated because I had been working with only one hearing aid for 10 days or so. And then yesterday she told she would have to send them both back because while they were working independently they were not working together. I was frustrated because I have had this happen before. I told her I didn’t want them repaired, I wanted them replaced. She said she would try but didn’t sound too optimistic. Later last night she emailed me to let me know that they would replace them.”

“Dr Comfort is the BEST! It's been 4 years since the total knee replacement and no problems. Healing and therapy all went well, even though I was over 65 and have a compromised immune system. My knee still bends great. It's good because I like to walk and dance for exercise. Follow-up was good as well. Dr Comfort and his associates are caring people. “Dr. Griffin is simply the most skilled and artistic facial surgeon and injector you can find. It's hard to find a provider like him that has the trifecta of being academically skilled (he is double board certified and participated in research which shows true motivation in continual learning and staying educated even after graduation), artistically skilled (as seen through the results of his before/after gallery and his personal bio and my personal procedure), and has a strong ethic to care about the patients as much after a procedure as before payment (as experienced personally and read online in compassionate responses to reviews and patients). The appointments I've had with him has shown me he lives up to his reputation...he has great bedside manner, is very calm, and a good listener. I am someone that will scour the internet forever researching to find the best options and so glad it paid off because Dr. Griffin and his team really impressed me. I went in anticipating a surgical procedure that he actually said i didn't need (at least not yet) and explained, due to my facial structure, a much better and safer option. He answered all my questions explaining succinctly the pros or cons and also gave his honest level of comfort or experience regarding different techniques. I have been extremely pleased with the results under my eyes and hope Dr Griffin keeps working for many more years. His staff seem happy and they have reasonable prices especially with their packages or free memberships which actually are significant.”

“I was able to get in quick and have a chest X-ray and strep test done after a virtual visit from a different service suggested i might have pneumonia. Staff was very quick and casual, got straight to the point. They had all my insurance info pulled in even though I'd never been here. The online form rendered odd on mobile (it was halfway between info screens after the 3rd slide). They offered snacks and a blanket while I waited for my results. I was fortunate to get in very quickly which was a big plus. No idea what the bill will be but in this day and age they're all way too much.”

“Every time I turn around I love this bank more and more. We’ve had two business loans and we are on our second home along with them. Everything is always a smooth process. But I got a call yesterday and they are always checking in on things before they let big purchases be pulled from my account if they don’t have a correct OK. “Nice, clean park. We had a baseball game here. The dugout was not covered or protected from the elements. I know I would like to be aware of that after we just had a 100 degree day or if it's raining or chilly. It's a enclosed fence, kinda like a batting cage. So if it's a hot day and shade is needed maybe bring a large tarp for the top or a portable canopy to for the kiddos. We were lucky or was not to bad. The park was pretty full with soccer practice and kids on playground. Porta potty bathrooms.”

“Very rude staff. Two days in a row I've tried to cash my paycheck now. Yesterday I got here at 7:30 pm and even though their website says money service is open until 11:00, it was closed. Today I get here at 10:00 am and money service is closed because the lady went to lunch. So, I decide to wait. Some snarky little manager lady says I can't wait in the area. I explain I'm waiting for money service to open back up, I don't have enough gas to go anywhere else, and I don't feel well. I have a bad heart and this kind of stress, I do not need. She did not care. It took another employee to step up and bring me a stool to sit on. Now I'm being watched like a hawk, because apparently they think I'm up to no good. I was going to do some shopping after cashing my check. I need about 100.00 worth the items. Instead I'm going across the road to Target. I know my little 100.00 means very little to Walmart, or they wouldn't treat a very loyal customer, in the past, like I'm nothing in their eyes. I've dealt with this type of treatment from the Vadnais Heights, MN, Walmart for about a year now. I will not spend another dime at a Walmart store ever for the rest of my life. They treat customers like dirt.”

“Had a hole in a aluminum fuel tank, gave them a call they said no problem bring it in. Drop the tank off one morning n the next day by noon had it welded n pressure tested. Very impressed with the service. Office staff was very friendly n helpful. I won't hesitate to call them again.”
