“I started getting my bike ready for the season and needed some repairs and tune-up. I also had him throw a baby rider on for me. Although the hours say different, I sent an email and Alex got back to me within an hour! And another hour and a half later my bike was fixed and the seat installed. My tune-up took a little longer because of the baby rider install. otherwise it would have been done in 30ish minutes. Alex was very knowledgeable and got my bike back on the road with no problems! Communicated the status regularly, made sure all my questions were answered, and educated me on some of the features i was in aware of!! I highly recommend this bike shop, and Alex!”

“A small bike shop off of Hwy 10 that carries Specialized bikes and services bikes as well. Came in for a tube change and a brake service. Shahiro immediately greeted me and helped me with both the services while I waited. The prices were very reasonable, paid $12 for tube and labor and $8/brake. I came in later the same day for a seat post clamp for my bike and Bruce (the owner?) had one in stock and I was able to purchase it for under $10. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being condescending. Will return!”

“TABITHA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS 5 STARS!! The company needs a lot of work but Tabitha handled the situation well and was super great about it. The company shipped me the wrong product and the return has yet to be processed and it’s been delivered to them for two weeks according to fedex. Tabitha was super helpful through the whole process and expedited the return for me. She even got me a discount on a different product. The House needs work but TABITHA is a huge asset and they are lucky to have her. She’s the only reason they didn’t get less stars”

“I ordered a set of ski bindings; I was told they would ship within a week. A month passed, no word. I tried calling multiple times, they hung up on me after 20 minutes on hold each time. I emailed, no response for literally 3 months. And that response was to inform me that the bindings were out of stock. Mostly frustrated with the lack of communication here- I always understand if it takes longer to ship, it’s just nice to know the status of the order. Edit: change from one star to five. I had the above scenario happen to me. After leaving the review, William from The House reached out wondering if he could help in any way. I had previously gotten myself ski bindings elsewhere so I didn’t need anything. However he sent me a VERY generous gift card to redeem at The House. They managed the problem very well and made sure to change my mind about them! Excited to purchase something with the gift card! Thanks again! Edit 2: I ordered Marmot Featherless Hoody Jacket a couple weeks ago. I since received a promotional email about a sale on that jacket (with a lower price). I reached out to William to inquire about any chance of me getting the newer, cheaper price. He VERY promptly got back to me, offering me the lower price. Seriously so unexpected but appreciated. Also, the jacket that I ordered literally arrived in two days!! I was shocked and impressed! THANK YOU to The House! Will likely use again if in need of gear!”

“I don't usually post reviews, but I had a really great experience here getting my golf clubs re-gripped. Mitch, the golf guy, was courteous, professional, and helpful in making sure I got the best possible deal, and gave me a reasonable expectation of the time it would take--which he eventually surpassed. Mike, the cashier, was awesome, and caught a mistake we made during the checkout process and tracked me down in the store to let me know he rectified it. When I came in close to closing time, the staff made it easy, and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Additionally, everyone's steadfastness to social distancing in the time of COVID was appreciated.”

It rides like new for the first time since I purchased it. Although my bike is a highly unusual design, Seven Spokes was happy to evaluate which parts fit it best and service it quickly and with attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised at the price point. VERY reasonable for the work that was done! I will continue to return to Seven Spokes whenever I need service at a shop.”
