The professionalism in the way they measured to the way they installed was impressive. I really liked going to the yard to pick out the product to use. We had over 1,000 square feet of flooring that wrapped around a staircase. He was very detailed and precise. There a no gaps anywhere in the floor. He was was very respectful of our house too. Cleaning up every night so you couldn’t see any mess.”

“Recently purchased the Cambridge 4pc King bedroom set along with the gentleman’s chest and an extra night stand. Buying furniture for my first home was overwhelming at times with all the choices available and decisions to make. Jade from Raymour & Flanigan made this experience so much easier and was extremely helpful. Jade showed me around the showroom multiple times trying to get a better understanding of my taste and what I was looking for. She was extremely patient and really knows her stuff in and out. I was a little concerned that some of the pieces would be too large for the bedroom. Jade suggested I remeasure and tape markings to the floor, and sure enough everything fit perfectly. Delivery was very smooth. Cannot recommend going to Raymour & Flanigan and working with Jade enough!”

Although some major repair work needed to be done to fix the water leak, Jose listened to my concerns about the clean up process and immediately addressed the issues, such as arranging for a dust containment barrier and miraculously maintaining a fully functioning sink (simply amazing) throughout the process. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the clean up. I would definitely call on him and SERVPRO of South Central Fort Worth, Edgecliff Village again for any future needs.”
