Yoga Reset LLC

I just streamed an online class with Tracy and it was exactly what I needed. I haven't been able to get out and go to the gym and my body had a lot of tension built up. Tracy is extremely experienced, knows how to guide you into poses with ease and how to help you relax into the pose and allow your body to stretch. I cannot wait for her studio to reopen but I will be definitely attend future streaming classes and would recommend them to skilled yogis, beginners and everyone in between.

I just took a couple of Tracy's classes. What a great class. my flexibility is not my strong point and she made feel comfortable and welcomed. I need to start putting yoga with Tracy in my schedule.

Not only does Tracy’s class increase your mobility but also trains your brain to focus on one thing and shut off the chatter. I always come out of my practice feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Highly recommend Tracy’s yoga program.
