“I just streamed an online class with Tracy and it was exactly what I needed. I haven't been able to get out and go to the gym and my body had a lot of tension built up. Tracy is extremely experienced, knows how to guide you into poses with ease and how to help you relax into the pose and allow your body to stretch. I cannot wait for her studio to reopen but I will be definitely attend future streaming classes and would recommend them to skilled yogis, beginners and everyone in between.”
