Their office manager James showed great initiative and customer service via emails and phone calls before I ever even set foot in the building. He worked with me on getting accurate and useful information to the techs to make sure they could do their best work on solving my issue. After being out of town for the weekend, I was ecstatic to come back to a job well done and a fair price. One of the techs, Mike, was happy to talk with me about the work that was done and even had pictures to show me. My experience with Sorenson was professional, effective, and above all, friendly.
