“I was a little intimated to work out in front of a group but the moment I entered HappiHaven I was put to ease. Trainers and other guests made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really like the small classes and cleanliness of the studio. My first class was Yoga Sculpt and it kicked by butt (in a good way). I was challenged and encouraged and look forward to the next class. I also tried gentle Yoga and Haven Barre and both were great classes. I would highly recommend HappiHaven.”
