(January 9, 2022, 3:19 pm)We are always greeted at the door by friendly, helpful staff. My husband wears a size 14, so that large of a size is rarely in stock; however, they make it easy to order, and they're sent to our house within days.
When we had an issue with a pair of boots, we were told to bring them in and they'd replace.
I've bought at least a dozen or more shoes, all different brands, and the quality and durability are fantastic!
