I have been a customer of Universal Auto for going on to 10 years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the capable mechanics who work there. Most of the work on my car is done by Alex . He’s a very knowledgeable man and when he gets a job done, I do not have to take the car back to him because he does it right the first time. My wife and I trust him with the second most valuable thing that we own which is our car. We cannot afford to bring our car anywhere else because we are on a fixed income. It is important for us at this stage in life to take care of what we have which is why we trust Alex takes care of our car.
