“This is the second time in 6 months I've had my vehicle serviced at this location. Both times the experience was superb. Tabatha goes out of her way to ensure a positive experience for customers. Both times they were able to get me in that very day and both times they spent time thoroughly explaining their recommended repairs before performing. They also offered a rental car for the duration of the repair at no cost to me! When My air conditioner quit working and it ended up being much more work than just a recharge, my husband and I had quite a few questions and the mechanic Mike brought us in back to look at the vehicle up on the hoist and meticulously explained what he saw and why and how it needed to be repaired. He's a perfectionist and takes pride in his work! Highly recommend this team of professionals. They take care of you, they back their work and leave you feeling good about the whole experience.”

“Wonderful experience!!! This was our first time visiting Shakopee Dental. I must say that they exceeded our expectations. The front staff was friendly and greeted us right away. The waiting room was nicely put together. The exam rooms were comfortable and I could see this place has all the latest technology. My hygienist was upbeat and very thorough when cleaning up my teeth. Dr Silva was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took good care of both my husband and I and provided lots of information regarding treatment options. We were also provided with a detailed estimate of cost, which I found helpful! “This Starbucks has great customer service! There was this female that has tics who just gave it her all even though she seemed stressed about them, but overall, she’s a super sweet gal. There’s also this guy that worked with her who took orders quite well and was considerate of the girl if she needed help. Honestly, the best time to come to this location is in the morning where you’ll receive the best service as I see at least one of these two quite often. Keep up the great service!!!”
