“Been here a couple of years now. Old owners weren't the best, but at least they are not trying to take all of our money. Keep raising the rent then say they sent out notifications about rent going up. A lot of people never received, but are scared because they don't want to go to court and fight this NEW OWNER. He thinks he can do what ever he wants. A lot of nice people here. Been very friendly to me and others living in the park. Sue and Jen have been very helpful. Sad we have to have a greedy owner!!!”

“This is a wonderful school. We were in Big Lake MN for an all day basketball tournament for 4th graders. There were many teams from all over there. The school did a wonderful job of hosting the teams and organizing the event. They also provided a variety of drinks and food/snack choices that could be purchased for a nominal charge. The school was very clean, it had easy access and totally handicapped accessible. It is a well thought-out design.”
