“We bought our home in October of 2020 and NRH plumbing had installed a water heater for the previous owners in June of 2020. When it went out due to a faulty part, NRH honored their labor warranty even though we weren't the purchasers. I could hear them on the phone with the manufacturer getting the runaround, but they did an amazing job getting us back up and running despite having to swallow the labor costs.
