“Really fantastic and friendly service. We had a toilet leak on our main level, the wax seal had failed and water seeped through our floors causing quite the mess. Insurance highly encouraged us to have a plumber come by and just double check that nothing worse was going on even though we were pretty sure we knew what it was about, so Justin came out to look things over and make sure no more damage had been done or anything else was a concern. I always feel that when someone tells me “you probably don’t need me to come out, you could save your money” that you’re dealing with an honest person who isn’t looking to charge you whatever they can. This stuff can be scary and overwhelming and that’s exactly who i want in my corner when things like this happen, someone looking out for my family’s best interests. I can count on one hand the number of times someone has advised me that I probably didn’t need to spend money with them. For insurance purposes I wanted to do things by the book and get a pro to take a look, so he kindly squeezed us into his day as soon as he could and offered some great advise on what appliance to buy in the future and what to keep an eye on. “We bought our home in October of 2020 and NRH plumbing had installed a water heater for the previous owners in June of 2020. When it went out due to a faulty part, NRH honored their labor warranty even though we weren't the purchasers. I could hear them on the phone with the manufacturer getting the runaround, but they did an amazing job getting us back up and running despite having to swallow the labor costs. They were so good about working with our schedule and communicating information as they were getting answers. “Our house had a water leak in the utility room that caused some damage to the flooring and dry wall. We used S Robideau Construction and everything was done pretty quickly. Turn around time for us to get new drywall and carpeting was relatively quick and very well done. They found doors and trimming to match our pre-existing doors and trimming. “I called Phil re nonfunctioning faucet in basement bathroom. He said he no longer did plumbing but recalled the work he did in that bathroom over 35 years ago. He asked what problem l was having. He said it was probably a clogged filter. He asked me to email a photo of faucet and then called me back to explain how to get old filter off and how to replace. He even called back to see if l had good water flow after removing clogged filter. He went above and beyond. Fabulous help. Many thanks again.”
