Nicest guy you would want to do business with. Very friendly, honest and fair. Will be using him for all work needed for our home for now on. He is willing to take on any job you ask him to.

Loren Koska and his crew resided our house. We can't say enough about how easy it was to get an estimate and schedule the job. Koska Construction stuck to the agreed timeline and price and did high quality work. The best thing about having Koska do the job was when they went above and beyond to solve some unforeseen issues. Loren's (and his crew's) expertise about all aspects of construction was evident and made the finished product better than we could have ever expected. We highly recommend Kosta Construction.

Very friendly and hard working, will definitely hire again if needed for anything

I called on Saturday morning, by midmorning they were at my home and got right to work. They started with some friendly Chit Chat as we walked around my shop and home. Then they dove in. By 3 in the afternoon we settled up and they were on their way. Fair price, great job and amazing results. Will use them again and again.

Koska Construction sided my last three homes. They do an excellent job, are very easy to work with. Very clean, they picked up the whole job site. I also found thier prices to be extremely competitive. I'm already in talks for them to do my next home.
