“I had a great experience. Had a basic exhaust repair done end of 2022 - flex pipe. Four months later exhaust noisy again. They replaced the defective flex pipe at no charge. Great service and honored their warranty. Both times I was there they were right on time getting my vehicle into the shop at the scheduled time, and completed within the time frame promised. “Stopped in to their shop Thursday July 14th. As most of us know that if your looking for a new trailer they are scarce, Covid has changed everything. We were meet by Butch the owner, we told him we are looking for a v nose snowmobile trailer 14 or 16 foot. He didn't have any on hand but possibly getting some in about a month. He did show us what he had on the lot. We ended up with a hybrid model had some hail damage but that didn't matter to us. We were happy with the price, he took our old trailer on trade and fair on that as well.Butch is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. Happy to come back in the future. His wife Linda was so friendly as well. We enjoyed the experience, not stressful at all.”

“JR has been our mechanic for MANY years and has done an exceptional job! He's honest and his rates are lower -he doesn't have an expensive commercial site--and it's worth the drive. For example, I thought I might need a brake job and he told us the brakes were fine and save our money. A while back our daughter went to another mechanic and was ripped off. It cost far more than we've ever paid and the work was shoddy. We told her to take her car to JR and he fixed it immediately. I highly recommend him.”

“The MN Stare Highway Patrol contacted Bob’s for me when I went in the ditch in the middle of the highway on one of the coldest nights. I felt like Alex was an angel in disguise when he showed up. His response time was very quick. I thought I was going to be there for over an hour based on the conditions but it was only around 15 minutes. He was kind, made me feel safe and was understanding. He told me to stay in the car to stay warm. I truly appreciate everything he did to get me out and on my way. This “First Time Ditch Goer” (and hopefully last) would recommend Bob’s to anyone.”

“I contacted Will at First Class Restorations last year after I learned that the stain on my log home needed to be removed. We had been affected by Covid and having our first child in the same year, and he was sensitive to our needs and financial situation. We worked out a deal where he and his crew would come out the following summer (this year). I had heard good things about his work and found them all to be quite true. They took great care and pride in doing detailed and thorough work. There was no damage or removal or paint/stain in areas that we didn't want removed, and they were great at the clean up work! “I went in as a returning customer. I needed them to fix the rear main seal on my subarus motor. (that motor was rebuild but that seal in particular didn't get replaced dont know why, some one else rebuilt it not warzeka.) So I went in, the customer service was good as always. Dropped my car off and the next day it was done sooner than I expected. To give and idea I had work done on it at the end of last year, had them replace the torque converter seal on it because I put a transmission in but didn't put a new seal in. That took about 1day and a morning. Over all I'd say fast and reliable and not some one who would take your money becouse thay could. Hope this helps stop by there it's a great auto shop.”
