“Great customer service, we rented a U-Haul to help move my daughter at the last minute.. We reserved a 15 ft upgraded at no extra cost to a 20ft. Turns out we needed that extra space.. Our minivan was full as well.Upon returning the young fellows were very helpful in processing our return. If we ever need another we will definitely be coming back to Ralphies. Thee cherry cake Donuts are also very good.”

“A refreshing experience. I've had the pleasure of receiving the services of both Kathy and Dr. Michelle and they were both wonderful experiences. They are both patient and good listeners. I've had chiropractic work done at other places and the experience with Dr. Michelle was dramatically different. Right from the start I knew I was in good hands because her assessment process was interactive instead of filling out paperwork in a lobby. After the assessment, she didn't just give me a few cracks and then send me out the door for stims; she took the time to hear all of my concerns and addressed each one of them individually. She even showed me some stretches to help with the pain between visits. The biggest difference between Focuses Health and Wellness and the other chiropractors I have visited is that Dr. Michelle recommend 2-4 visits a month instead of the usual 2-4 visits a week. That's when I really know I found someone who wanted to help me instead of stringing me along for the insurance money. Much like chiropractic work I've had plenty of professional massages over the course of my life. Kathy is, by far, the best masseuse I've ever had the pleasure to work with. The therapeutic massage she gave me was masterful and the relaxation lasted several times longer than any other massage I'd received prior.
