“Been here a couple of years now. Old owners weren't the best, but at least they are not trying to take all of our money. Keep raising the rent then say they sent out notifications about rent going up. A lot of people never received, but are scared because they don't want to go to court and fight this NEW OWNER. He thinks he can do what ever he wants. A lot of nice people here. Been very friendly to me and others living in the park. Sue and Jen have been very helpful. Sad we have to have a greedy owner!!!”

“I've lived here for 6 or 8 years. Most of the tenants are respectful of one another, and the manager has always been courteous and helpful. The owner has updated the water and sewer systems. The water is mostly rust free now and tastes great. This is a nice place to live.”

“I lived here for a year 2016-2017. It's a great place, location, friendly neighbors. I didn't have many problems, but when I did the management was a little tough to get a call back from. Although when I lost my key after hours, I was able to get in within two hours. The building is safe and clean.”

“We stayed at the Hunters Lodge AirBNB this past Saturday night, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! It may be listed at a Hunters Lodge, but it has delightful country touches, which gives it a family-friendly appeal. The beds were so cozy. We had extra blankets to snuggle with, plenty of pillows, beautiful views out, and the window. We really enjoyed seeing all of the owner's paintings around the space as well. The kids are already asking when we take another trip, and we absolutely will be back again!”

The staff walked with me to my room and used an app to ensure I had an adequate signal strength to connect. “Tracy (TLK) our checkout front desk lady was great. Professional as well, she knows her stuff. Overall a great experience. Can't remember the nightly checking lady's name. She was great too. Cheaper than igh this time which is rare. But would come back if in the toledo area. Great job courtyard. Starts with customer service. Those ladies did great. Our rooms were emaculate also. Keep up the good work.”
