“Our home was damaged in a hail storm in June, 2017. The damage included roof, siding and windows. We were given estimates of damage by Dustin and after over 15 months of negotiating with the insurance company, they finally agreed to pay for the storm damage estimate by Custom Enterprises. Dustin's patient explanations and confident negotiations with the adjusters was an essential part of getting the insurance company to comply with their own policy language. “My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The interior is much larger than how it looks outside. They also have a patio in the back. I had the McCoy Burger and my wife had The Pit. We both loved our burgers. I added bacon to mine. The bacon was crisp as were the fries. Great food for the cost. Would definitely return back in town.”

I don’t know the lady name who helped me but she had blonde curly shirt bob cut and she was patient with me and showed me YouTube videos of fireworks that were unfamiliar, I told her I had a 8 year old and 14 yr old, that i needed fireworks for them and she patiently helped me with excitement 😜, from here on out I will only support the fireworks stand (the grin firework seasonal stand ) in Lithia springs Bc of their outstanding elite customer service!!!!! “I recently had a nasal polyp removed at Mercy SDSC and it couldn't have went better. This is on the 2nd floor of the new building across Coon Rapids Blvd from Mercy (connected by skyway). When I arrived I had a family member with me. I was checked in quickly, and they had already done all the paperwork. They offered my companion coffee, and actually made sure THEY were comfortable too. That put my mind at ease knowing they weren't sitting out there worrying. TVs, newspaper, and beverages, it helped take her mind off my surgery. To top it off, there's monitors that show the current phase of each patient surgery (anonymized enough that unless you know the patient you couldn't identify them). Once back in the preparation area I had a nurse that was by my side from start to finish. Within no time the anesthesiologist and Dr. stopped in to check in. From arriving to on the operating table was less than 30 minutes! When I was brought in to the operating theater the nurses actually greeted me and introduced themselves. Again, another personal touch that that made me feel more at ease. I was kept warm and supported while I went under. When I woke up there was the same nurse (wish I could remember her name) with water and a smile. Meantime the Dr. had went out to brief my family that everything went well. They even filled my prescriptions right there, saving us a trip to Walgreens. They made sure we knew what to expect, and where to call if we had any questions. OVERALL: There are few moments in our lives where we feel most venerabile, and surgery is one of them. Even as a grown man I was nervous. To trust someone to perform surgery is to trust them with your life. I can say that I trust the skilled team at Mercy SDSC with mine, and would again. Thank you for your great work!”
