Chris and his crew removed our older in floor tub, rebuilt the floor, re-plumbed for the new drain and shower. We planned out and installed the Onyx shower product, and it has been wonderful, we were also able to get matching countertop in the bathroom. They were great to work with start to finish! Will definitely look to work with any future products and recommend to family, friends and co-workers.

VanVleet is the BEST! Chris managed our stamped concrete patio, deck, and gutter project perfectly from design to final inspection. The finished product he gave us enhanced our lifestyle and outdoor enjoyment more than we imagined. Chris helped us create the perfect design, select the best products and colors, gave us options we didn't know we had, created a concept sketch, and handled all the permits and inspections. Chris' team moved our outdoor faucet to give us a bigger deck and when he heard there was a leak he was right back out and fixed it. Chris creatively worked with us to run our gutters through a culvert underneath our stamped patio to a drain tube to avoid running an exposed gutter spout over the top of our patio. Just look at all that wood they used on our subframe to our deck! If they wanted to cut corners they would have surely done it where it couldn't be seen, but that's where they doubled down! And check out how they plumbed the garage downspout precisely to the rain barrel my wife wanted near our garden. Once I knew who Chris was I actually ran into him at our local grocery store. So Chris isn't the guy who's going to skip town as soon as he gets your money, he's more like your nextdoor neighbor. Chris and his crew were excellent to work with. He built a deck for us and incorporated all of our design wishes and even provided suggestions for how it should be done. Project communication was top notch. Excellent craftmanship. We now have the best looking deck in the neighborhood.

The first thing that comes to mind when talking about VanVleet Construction is integrity. Chris pointed out a situation that occurred when they were placing the footings to my awesome new deck. Honestly, I would not have noticed had he not said anything. Chris worked with me and made sure I was happy with the correction. Integrity is such a hard thing to find but I value it. The second thing that comes to mind is craftsmanship. The deck Chris built was 12 by 20 and is about 10-12 feet high with a single staircase down to our patio. It is not a cookie cutter deck and they take their time to do it right. They do not fib when they say their decks are built like a tank. With how high the deck is their is minimal movement and feels solid as Chris makes sure the support structure is solid. I could go on about all the compliments and other items I like about the deck but VanVleet's customer service is excellent and I will be a life long customer.
