This was a birthday present from my fiancee. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an outstanding trip. While boarding the boat...One of the customers accidentally drop her phone in the water and without hesitation..a crew member jumped in and retrieved it for her. Everyone gave a big applaud in this incredible act of kindness and customer service!!
If you are thinking about taking the cruise.. I highly recommend it!
The food was good... The drinks reasonable.. and the service was excellent! Outstanding crew!!

We went on there for the first time this last june the food and boat ride was good were planning to do it this summer

I'm not a big fan of their website, it's clunky and not intuitive to use although they tell me that it is getting an update soon so that is good to hear.

I must comment that their customer service is admirable. I had a scheduling conflict the day before our cruise the day before so I called in and they rescheduled it no problem. There was a small fee but it was last minute and understandable. They were very nice to talk to at any interaction.

The cruise itself was good too. Food was good, drinks were pretty cheap and the whole thing lasted about 2 hours. It is definitely an older crowd but nothing wrong with that either. Might bring a date here.

Great venue! My friends & I have been on the Tuesday evening cruise a couple of times. Both times, it was a fantastic experience! The staff is friendly, the buffet was great and the margaritas are awesome!! Looking forward to a cruise in the Fall when the leaves change. Also, we've heard good things about the Casino Cruise!
