“This was a birthday present from my fiancee. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an outstanding trip. While boarding the boat...One of the customers accidentally drop her phone in the water and without hesitation..a crew member jumped in and retrieved it for her. Everyone gave a big applaud in this incredible act of kindness and customer service!! If you are thinking about taking the cruise.. I highly recommend it! The food was good... The drinks reasonable.. and the service was excellent! Outstanding crew!!”
