(July 31, 2020, 11:54 pm)Love this little lake. Nice fishing pier, beautiful view of nature and wildlife, majestic. Had an eagle out fish me the other morning. Got some nice footage of it. It was awesome.
(June 27, 2020, 4:32 pm)The park is definitely close enough to access for short visit yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. The water quality is quite poor because of the nearby golf course and their usage of fertilizers. However, there is plenty of wildlife that live there.
(May 4, 2018, 7:27 am)Quiet, somewhat secluded, yet close enough to home making it possible to enjoy these sunsets any day of the week. & you can even enjoy some live Golf, as it is located next to the back side of the back 9 @ castlewood golf course in forest lake.
