Having been a chef for over a decade I'm quite picky of the quality of ingredients we consume as a family and Festival does a wonderful job of providing that. Where I used to live we had 3 Dover's within a hour drive and they were always well stocked. Not the one here! They had NOTHING to choose from and didn't even have my size in anything decent online. But I had a great experience here and told myself if the vehicle didn't develop new or hidden issues (or did), I would leave a review.. They had the type of vehicle I had been looking for and it was a great price. I showed up and inspected the vehicle and went for a test drive. The gentleman (Chris maybe?) was helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle and helping me with the paperwork. The staff that I spoke with were not overly friendly, which doesn't matter to me, I didn't go there to make friends, I went to buy a car and don't need convincing. I have had the vehicle for almost a year now with no issues. I did not feel that they were "trying to pull one over on me" at any time. I do have mechanical knowledge and researched this vehicle in advance. I feel like other reviewers are expecting too much from a used car dealership. Do your research, have the vehicle inspected, and realize that you are buying a used car from a used car dealer, and they aren't going to bend over backwards for you.”
