“I have purchased a St. Francis statue one year and a black bear another year. Awesome statues at a fair price. Way better and heavier than cheap resin statues. I have also brought in older items to be repaired and repainted from my mothers garden. These items were 30 or more years old. They turned out like brand new, and at a fair price, and fast service too. I will definitely be shopping there in the future for my garden and yard statues and ornaments. Sammie is so friendly and helpful too, she's very professional and hardworking. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Steve helped my friend in a pinch a while back. A girlfriend of mine was getting married and her car was in the shop the day before her wedding/honeymoon. The other shop was jerking her around with getting her a loaner car in time. I recommended her to Steve and he got her a loaner car she could take on her honeymoon while Steve replaced her transmission. All with very little notice. You guys rock. Thanks for being a shop I know I can trust.”

“Great experience! Came here for the first time due to this place being the only remotely healthy place in the area. Everything in the area is literally fast-food and/or greasy burgers, etc. Terri (Terry) was extremely friendly. She was very outgoing and interactive with me and assisted me with ordering considering it was my first time. She continued to engage in conversation with me the entire time I was in the store. It was a really great experience! I ordered the tropical sunrise tea I believe as well as the chocolate mint protein shake. Both were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend.”

Casey patiently and courteously worked with me for an extended period of time to get the issues resolved. Not only did I end up with a new phone but a lower than anticipated bill. Casey stated that he had only begun working there recently but he handled himself like a pro (with help from Grace). I was so impressed with the experience that I will be a loyal customer of the Hugo store and will continue to refer others to that location. It seems like personalized customer service has declined recently. This Verizon store experience has renewed my faith in how customers should be treated by businesses. Thanks again!”
