McGann Family Dental

As a new resident of Lake Elmo, I found this small dental practice through a mailed introduction. The professionals I've encountered at McGann Family Dental are focused on delivering excellent, friendly customer service. They take the time to learn about new patients and follow-up with a thorough written report after a first appointment; they also do a fine job of educating and explaining. And I find their periodic e-mail newsletter very informative. Dr. McCann is the quietest member of the team. I have learned he donates his time and skills to help those suffering poverty, homelessness or addiction, at a St. Paul shelter while they try to reclaim their lives, which is a reflection of his values.

I had my Dental Cleaning appt with Linnette (I may be spelling her name incorrectly). She is an Excellent Dental Hygienist. Then my dentist, Dr. McGann, checked my teeth.

I have been going to McGann Family Dental for a long time, and all of their staff take extra care for all of their patients. Jean is a Dental Assistant, who also helped me greatly today.

The staff are amazing and go above and beyond ! The care and attention given to my 5 year old and 2 year old is so sweet and age appropriate. The expectations of the check up are based on how to get the children comfortable and excited for the dentist...both my boys are excited when they find out they get to go! ??????
