(June 10, 2019, 8:26 am)I was traveling for work and picked up road debris that made a hole in a tire. I have road hazard warranty from a Royal retail location near my home. Unfortunately the closet Royal Tire is the Newport store, which is a commercial location. However, when I called to see if they could help, they were great - let me bring the tire in, they were able to patch it and even though they were under no obligation to do so, they honored the other store's road hazard coverage, Great place! Good, quick service and friendly, honest staff!
