I had a wonderful experience with Marko Electrical Services! I called to check how far out they were scheduled as the power was out in our master bedroom. Mark called back within minutes and was able to fit me in the next morning (whereas several other companies were booked out at least 10 days). He showed up on time, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. He figured out that the problem was with a ceiling fan light fixture after thoroughly checking all outlets/switches so that we wouldn't have problems in the future. He was able to fix the short and even took the time to educate me on some common potential problems and how to fix them in the future. I really appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and reasonable fees. He is a trustworthy man and I will certainly be using his company for any future electrical problems. We thought we needed a service call. When I spoke with Mark he said he was booked into the next month. He did however talk me through something to try and it fixed our problem! So thankful he was willing to help over the phone!
