Rove Pest Control

Max was out on one of his normally scheduled appointments for my house. He was very personable, explained what he was going to do and efficient in his work. I appreciated him coming out. I would recommend ROVE in general for any bug/rodent problems. I had a mouse problem and they were out originally when promised, the technician explained everything he did at the time and steps I could take to improve the situation as well. They have been great about coming out at the agreed upon scheduled intervals, took time to ask about questions and concerns, and detailing what work had been completed each time.

Incredibly helpful support/office staff were patient and engaged during initial contact and follow up contact - even when I had an unexpected eye glasses emergency, day of visit, that almost caused a scheduling conflict. The technician that came out Talin, was thorough and experienced, he knew exactly what needed to be done and caught things we wouldn’t have thought of as well as prepared us for what was to come moving forward. Excellent experience!

Just switched to Rove and today was their first visit to my house. The tech, Max, was very friendly and full of information on what he was going to do. He spent at least 20 minutes taking care of his duties(while rainy) and did a very thorough job. He also explain what he was doing to make the application the most effective because of the rain. He seemed to really enjoy his job! Big step up from the last company that we had. Very glad we switch to Rove!
