  Our mom is a resident of New Perspective Mahtomedi and we couldn't be happier with the facility and the care she receives. The staff is very attentive and engaging with all the residents. The staff truly cares for the residents and is shows in the way the care for and interact with them. We have total piece of mind with our mom being at this facility. The setting is very 'home' style. It was a tough decision moving mom into a facility, but her transition was quick and smooth thanks to the staff - mom liked it their immediately.

  My mom lived at New Perspective of Mahtomedi for her last 3 and a half years. The staff is awesome, very caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. The ratio of staff to residents is a good match. The rate per month goes up as the needs of the resident increases, so it can get expensive, but the care is very good.

  Making the decision that it was time to find mom better care than we could provide was difficult. However, New Perspective in Mahtomedi was the answer. Walking into their senior community and seeing the comfortable home setting and caring staff made our decision easier. Mom’s experience since moving into New Perspective has been nothing but positive. Though it was initially hard, with the kindness and professionalism of executive director Brittney Burnside, nurse Jackie, and the entire staff of New Perspective, we know that we made the right decision for her.
