Dayle helped to set us up with the right size unit quickly and efficiently. The process was easy. Then he took the time to show us the unit and explain entry. Professional and so friendly!

We walked in not knowing what we needed for our storage needs. From start to finish David was exceptional! He guided us to the right size unit, explained pricing within the budget we were looking for, and overall had great knowledge of everything included. The units themselves are amazing. We love the easy access through the app. Multiple checkpoints so we felt safe putting our belongings there. We went in not knowing if we even wanted to rent a space, but David and the entire facility made it an easy choice. Definitely recommend!

I've dealt with Customer Service on 3 occasions. 2 via the 800 number and once calling the local Stillwater/Oak Park Heights number.

A very good experience overall all other than a misunderstanding about the paperwork required to store a vehicle. Mary, who even gave me a ride home, and Ben Fulk were very helpful in getting the issue resolved. The location kept in contact with me for the week leading up to my arrival and were helpful with all my questions. I would definitely rent from this location again.
