“Came here as a juvenile for 8 days until I was transported to Lino Lakes. The staff were kind and didn't white knight all the time. There was a decent selection of books however I would've liked to see fewer children's books. The visiting times for family members was strange and the wait was long even if the room was empty. The food is decent with a nice variety however some of the meals seemed to be thrown together using the leftovers in a fridge. The 3 meals a day with a snack at about 9pm was more than sufficient. Really the only thing I didn't like was the food being cold sometimes. Overall, not too bad. P.S. If you have a chance to talk to the short Asian staff member there he's pretty cool. Served in the Army for 8 years as Infantry.”
