That same-day, "In by 9(am), ready by 5(pm)" deal is their byline and they still have it written just about everywhere, BUT-- since the beginning of the pandemic, and, according to the worker i talked to, for the foreseeable future, it's *ackshually* more like a TWO OR THREE DAY TURNOVER for cleaning/pressing. So, just be sure to have them quote you a time before you commit.

As expected, he did a great job by providing first-class customer service. The shop always makes sure my suits and shirts are fresh and creased properly. The staff is very friendly and professional, and I love their prompt service! I would highly recommend dropping your clothes off here, you won't be disappointed.

I brought a sweater with make up stains in to be cleaned. When I picked it up it was tagged with “ This garment has been carefully Dry-Cleaned however: This is the best that can be done without possible injury to the fabric”. The sweater looked perfect to me and I was thrilled with outcome. I reached out to Amy to at City Center to let her know how very pleased I was.
