  I have been a resident for 7 years. The 'new' property manager (she has actually been here several years) has resulted in a 100% improvement in maintenance resolution times, as well as eliminating the need for return trips to repair a reported problem. The office staff are always cordial and willing to provide assistance when I visit the office. I have also watched a complete turnaround in the upkeep of the property from parking lot repairs to building painting and roofing replacement to landscaping. Again, they have become very responsive to all of my requests and concerns and show a genuine interest in the living environment of their residents.

  I have just started the search for an apartment complex closer to my work. I have to say, the service and response I’ve received from The Gio has made me want to stop my search. Misael has been very prompt in offering options and lease offers over email when I submit online requests. And when I dropped by, last minute, Nicole was so helpful. She took me through a floor plan I was interested in, and let me know everything that would be different if I wasn’t renting a newly remodeled unit. (And a range for the price difference). It’s a much bigger complex than it looks from the entrance I came through, and with that, you get a lot of amenities!! They have several pools, game areas, dog parks… even a car wash!!
  I’ve been so impressed here that I don’t want to look anywhere else. Thanks for all your help!
