It's a good place to start business

I loved making the move to the Century Office Park building. Went from a smaller office to a very nice one up on the 3rd floor with a shared kitchen and conference room - everything I needed and nothing I didn't.

Because the sq foot pricing of the space, I upgraded my original space a lot but paid a pretty minimal uptick in rent - they are very good when working with existing clients.

The buildings are quiet. The common spaces are clean. The hallways are clean. The restrooms are locked to the public, to only tenants and guests have access - so they are lightly used, and clean. And the shared conference rooms are pretty open and for sure available if you plan ahead.

Regarding general maintenance, I can report that they plow snow immediately and throughout the day if its storming. I had a problem with a window that was fixed in about a day.

All in all, it's a good set of buildings - as long as one recognizes it's not a "class a" steel and glass tower, but a very cost-effective option for those that can't or don't want to blow every penny they make on rent. That's my take.
