  Sales person was extremely helpful. She listened to our likes and dislikes and found us the perfect chairs for us. Checked out in minutes. Delivery is scheduled. Excellent service.

  Excellent selection. I already knew the recliner I wanted, and Betty was awesome in helping me select a loveseat to go with it. She is so knowledgeable, and her assistance in choosing the perfect fabrics was outstanding and very much appreciated. Thank you!

  Had a nice lady, Betty. She wasn't pushy and let us stroll around trying out as many chairs as we liked. She was near when we had a question and was so helpful. Found just the right recliner at just the right price.

  I received an offer to purchase a LAZYBOY Recliner via email and was trying to do so online. The process was quite cumbersome to put it mildly. I called my local store, and spoke to a very nice young lady Te'a Coffin who assisted me with my order an nothing could have been smoother or simpler. This young lady knew her product and knew it well. If you are in the Minneapolis area and looking for Lazyboy furniture, then I would encourage you to contact this store, and ask for Te'a Coffin. This young lady knows her stuff. And besides, you cannot go wrong gettinig a Lazyboy. This is my second one. I FINALLY wore out the first one.

  Our sales rep was awesome! She was not pushy and was very patient with us. Even went as far to get coloring books and crayons for our kids to play with. My wife and I discussed on the ride home how much of a breath of fresh air it was to have such a positive experience.
