I have had high neck and shoulder pain for three yrs, and after 4 months of coming to Mindset, it has finally started to dissipate. I am hoping that with the wellness program I can finally say goodbye to this constant irritation.
Dr. Mark and his amazing staff have been so accommodating and helpful with my treatment, scheduling, and educating me on my spinal health.

(June 15, 2023, 10:33 am)I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark since Dec 2022 and to think of the amount of pain my body was in when I first came into the clinic vs now is a drastic difference. My headaches/migraines that would come and go at least 2-3x/wk and could only be dealt with Excedrin extra strength, have since gone away entirely. My moods/mental clarity/mental health have improved greatly and I feel more confident being able to complete personal and professional day-to-day tasks with increased focus and awareness. Because I don’t have to worry about any pain in my neck or back, I find I’m able to fully be present with friends, family and show up the way I want to. I don’t know what I’d do without my weekly adjustment. Dr. Mark truly cares for each and every patient. Thank you so much to Mindset Chiropractic! They are incredible and truly do change lives.
(May 22, 2023, 8:44 pm)Great chiropractic care in a beautiful office! Dr. Mark genuinely cares about his patients and what is going on in their lives! Love all the events and things he does for the community, like the annual Kids’ Carnivals. They seem to have way too much fun in the office!😊
(May 21, 2023, 11:03 pm)I have been to a chiropractor since I was in middle school. My long-time chiropractor moved out of state. I searched for a similar style chiropractor and found Mindset Chiropractic! I am so happy I found a chiropractor close to my home that is not too invasive but gets the adjustment done. I believe chiropractic visits should not be too much at once. I came here in need while pregnant with my 3rd baby. Dr. Mark helped me immensely. Especially with the pregnant belly muscles and working those out. He also sees my kids. I love coming into the office and having a family-friendly environment that makes you feel at home. It feels like family. Meaning that your care and treatment are very important, prioritized, and cared about. I am very grateful I have found a chiropractor that I can trust and feel comfortable with!

Dr. Mark has a great memory for what has been bothering me and where I need to be adjusted. Going in, I had heavy neck/shoulder pain from sitting at my desk. I've been going to Mindset for about 6 months now and the stress I've been carrying in my back has gone way down and my range of motion has gone way up!
The Mindset staff is very helpful and kind. They have created a friendly and welcoming environment. It is evident everyone at Mindset really cares about their patients.
