(April 14, 2021, 10:26 am)I dread traveling out of the city for things because too often am I harassed and watched in the stores by store clerks and LP instead of being helped. This specific northern tool location on this specific day was a pleasant breath of fresh air. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. The cashier Jess was very nice and charismatic. Got a great Milwaukee m12 ratchet and it came with a free 4ah battery!
