Both times, a knowledgeable and helpful employee named Jocelyn helped us find everything we were looking for and overall provided excellent service. (On our second trip, we sought Jocelyn out because of our experience the first time.) Even during a busy moment with customers, Jocelyn was able to explain which section of a specific aisle I could find what I was looking for. Aside from the good service, this Frattalone's had a nice selection, reasonable prices, and a great location.
